The Foundation’s programmes have two specific strands: a theoretical strand comprising classes, thematic seminars at universities and training courses, and a practical and experiential strand offering visits and meetings with public and political institutions and Portuguese companies.
As a private organisation, the Foundation develops strategic partnerships with higher education institutions, public and private bodies, and national and international organisations, with the aim of supporting training programmes, academic initiatives and research projects that contribute to raising Portugal’s profile on the global stage.
In this context, the Foundation facilitates and supports initiatives that promote the knowledge and dissemination of Portuguese culture, encouraging the participation of students, researchers and other audiences in projects with cultural, academic and social impact.
At the same time, the Foundation is committed to building collaborative networks and developing synergies with institutional partners, fostering an ongoing dialogue that enables it to identify opportunities for action and enhance the effectiveness of its initiatives.
This commitment translates into consistent, long-term action, aimed at promoting Portuguese identity and strengthening the links between Portugal and its communities around the world.
The programmes offered by the Foundation are organised in collaboration with universities and other public and private bodies, ensuring that participants have access to an enriching experience that goes beyond theory. By taking part in these programmes, participants have the opportunity to engage with cultural, business and political institutions in Portugal, enabling them to explore the country’s contemporary reality.
This approach aims not only to promote an understanding of Portuguese culture and society, but also to facilitate the creation of networks and the integration of talent from the diaspora into the Portuguese business community.
In this way, the Antonio Pargana Foundation contributes to strengthening the ties between people of Portuguese descent, Portuguese speakers and Portugal, creating a space for dialogue and collaboration that benefits all parties involved.
FAP promotes the creation of an open and ongoing dialogue to better determine which areas of intervention can benefit its mission.
