INTRODUCTION

Future Leaders is a programme run by the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP), in partnership with the António Pargana Foundation, which promotes best practices and benchmarking among Portuguese companies, by sector and area of expertise, always establishing a link with its academic framework and the knowledge generated, through lectures by renowned experts.

This programme is aimed at the new generations of future leaders who wish to gain immersive training experience in the Portuguese organisational fabric.

The programme also stimulates economic links between Portugal and Brazil, bringing together leading entrepreneurs from various fields, which will promote the creation of economic and networking opportunities.
