The document was signed in the presence of FAP founder António Pargana and ISCSP president Professor Ricardo Ramos Pinto.

The António Pargana Foundation and the Institute of Higher Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP) of the University of Lisbon have formalised a collaboration agreement, reinforcing their commitment to promoting Portuguese knowledge, research and culture among young people of Portuguese descent.
