With a degree in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University and a Master’s degree in Legal and Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, he has developed a solid academic and professional career in the areas of law, university teaching and public life.
A lawyer and university lecturer, he was a Member of Parliament and held government positions as Secretary of State for Education. Throughout his career, he has also assumed parliamentary leadership responsibilities, notably as President of the CDS-PP Parliamentary Group.
He is the author of several works in the field of Tax and Criminal Information Law. At the António Pargana Foundation, he assumes the role of executive director with a clear commitment to promoting knowledge, institutional cooperation and critical thinking.

Pedro Reis holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University, having complemented his academic career with executive training at Harvard Business School and Insead.

Among other positions, Pedro Reis was President of Aicep (Portuguese Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade), Executive Director at Bcp Capital, President of the Advisory Board of the Portuguese Diaspora Council and Member of the Supreme Council of the Portuguese Red Cross.
Pedro Reis was Minister of Economy in the 24th Constitutional Government and is currently Vice-President of the Strategic Advisory Board of Cimpor, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the António Pargana Foundation.

Graduate in Media Studies from the Portuguese Catholic University, with experience in institutional communications.
With a degree in Media Studies from the Portuguese Catholic University, she has built a solid and consistent career in the field of communication, with a special focus on institutional communication.
Professionally, she has gained experience in different contexts — public and private — which have given her a comprehensive and adaptable view of communication. She started and developed her career in leading institutions such as the Portuguese Parliament and the Centro Hospitalar do Oeste hospital. In the private sector, she joined LPM Comunicação, working with clients from various fields of activity. She has collaborated with other entities in the health sector, such as scientific societies, patient associations and the pharmaceutical industry, an experience that has consolidated her work in the field of health communication.
