As part of initiatives aimed at Portuguese-descendant communities, the António Pargana Foundation and the FPF Foundation promoted an immersive visit to the City of Football in Oeiras on October 8th.
The initiative provided participants with the opportunity to learn firsthand about the structure, operation, and values that guide Portuguese football, highlighting the role of sport as an instrument of social cohesion, affirmation of cultural identity, and international projection of Portugal.
During the visit to the facilities of the Portuguese Football Federation, the young people experienced an environment of sporting excellence, where rigor, training, dedication, and team spirit play a fundamental role in building success.
More than a discovery experience, this initiative was an opportunity to deepen the ties of young Portuguese descendants with Portugal, reinforcing the feeling of belonging and valuing sport as a universal language capable of bringing people, cultures, and generations closer together.
Through this collaboration, the António Pargana Foundation reaffirms its commitment to promoting experiences that bring new generations closer to their Portuguese roots and contribute to strengthening the ties between Portugal and Portuguese communities around the world.
